After watching the finale of the absolute worst season of The Apprentice, my wife and I have vowed never to watch the program again.
We understand entertainment value, however, there is no room in this world for the demeaning sarcastic disrespectful attitude and demeanor of Joan Rivers. I cannot believe that Ivanka and Donald both complimented Joan for being a role model! Role model???? We sure didn't see it.
Well maybe she was a role model for the type of person one should not be. We just don't get it. Joan and her daughter were the two rudist people ever.
Talk about sharp tongued, calling Annie Duke two faced, Hitler, the Mafia and so many other belittling names.
And the NY Daily News poll this morning had Joan as the one to win. And the kicker is that this show is really based on the ability of a person to make money! Annie surely raised hundreds of thousands of dollars more then Joan or her her daughter Melissa combined.
Basically if this show is going to promote trash talk, dregradation of people, personal attacks and people like Joan and Melissa Rivers as role models we need not watch it ever again. There are plenty of TV shows on now that fill this bill.
We surely hope that more viewers out there share our views and also refuse to watch this show.
Justify it by calling entertainment, thats your choice.
